Author’s Instructions:

Proceedings Book: CBC2023 | CBC2024

We invite you to expand your original conference submission—slides, short abstract, or poster—into a 4–6 page extended abstract (including references and images). This format should provide deeper analysis, broader context, and highlight the academic and industrial relevance of your work. If you presented at both conferences, you may submit each presentation separately. We appreciate your contribution and look forward to your submission.

  • Please download and use the following Word templates for your submission. These templates specify the required referencing style, length, and other formatting details.

Extended Abstract

  • We kindly request that you expand your original conference submission—whether it was in the form of slides, a short abstract, or a poster—into an extended abstract of approximately 4–6 pages (including references and images). This extended version should:

    • Provide deeper analytical insights.

    • Offer broader contextualization.

    • Emphasize the academic and/or industrial significance of your work.

  • If you presented at both conferences, each presentation may be included as a separate proceeding in the final book.

Book Registration Details

  • ISBN & DOI: The CBC 2023-2024 Book will be published with its own ISBN, and each extended abstract will be assigned a unique DOI to ensure scholarly visibility and long-term accessibility.

First Draft Submission Deadline

  • Please submit the first draft of your extended abstract by 3 March 2025.
