Smart Contracts & Blockchain

Workshop - 06th October 2017

Blockchain, Smart Contracts & Construction Law

As one of the leading research establishments in the field, the Centre of Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London discussed the complexities of the emerging field of Smart Contracts and its interfaces with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and the challenges posed by the construction industry and its legal framework.
